Time

Time, where does it go, I’ve looked around I’ve looked down low.

So precious it feels like gold, often sort, never caught, can never hold.

I think Time, it must be magic. It disappears, it feels quite tragic.

Moments I wish, I could hold and keep, to treasure longer, to smile, to weep.

The hands of time, I hold, embrace, we dance together, we run, we chase.

Time becomes people we meet and greet journeys quick, also slow our paths & direction we never know.

To freeze the moment, second, hour, that day.

Hoping it wouldn’t drift away.

But let’s not hold what’s gone, but not forgotten.

Whether it was beautiful or just damn rotten.

For us to learn to experience this Time

We must remember all will be fine,

Time was never, supposed to stand still,

Imagine,

No ink, no message written from a quill.

To be still, without momentum,

Life would never move, no wheels to turn, no cogs to groove.

Although we must stop, be silent, be still

I’m afraid time just never will.

So let’s take the opportunities here in the present,

Grab with both hands and not be hes-i-tant.

Love at will and forget our woes, turn the other cheek and forgive our foes.

Life’s for learning, never to stop, maybe one day when it’s

 “TIME TO DROP”

Even then, as WE all know,

We don’t officially disappear and go.

We will always be around to guide and care,

And time won’t matter when we’re there.
